How many fonts?
aitchmal0ne (220 points) | Thu, 2010-07-29 14:26I'm wanting to streamline my fonts and already use FontXplorer, can someone recommend a good number of fonts I should keep active at one time? or maybe suggest a certain set I should only keep active? Thanks!

Think the guideline would probably be how many you can have open comfortably (ie: no system problems or anything). I usually have around 50-60 families open all the time and then add as necessary for new jobs or whatever. Build a basic set of fonts you like and ones you need (times, helvetica, dingbats etc...) and go from there.
