How to disable font preview in Illustrator CS?
Marcel.b (6 pencils) | Tue, 2005-04-19 14:42Hi
I'm just wondering if it's possible to disable the font preview feature in Illustrator CS's character pannel. I would just like to see the names of the fonts, like in photoshop, rather than the previews as well.
Can this be turned off somewhere? Is there a trick to do this?
Thanks.

is no. Unfortunately, the long answer is a resounding hell no. Adobe has built the feature right into the program. And if you upgrade to Adobe CS2, the feature is in Photoshop as well.

Why is it bothersome for you? I enjoyed the addition of the font preview feature.
