In this one, I’ll share some of the best responses we have to questions that can often derail an otherwise effective solution.

It forces us to reconsider our designer/client relationship. We often forget that clients are concerned with what we're doing, since they're paying for it and it affects their business to a large extent. What we need is the relational and business skill to deal with these situations. This article definitely helps to point our thinking in the right direction.
