It forces us to reconsider our designer/client relationship. We often forget that clients are concerned with what we're doing, since they're paying for it and it affects their business to a large extent. What we need is the relational and business skill to deal with these situations. This article definitely helps to point our thinking in the right direction.

Great tips! For me it all comes down to getting the creative brief in writing and then sticking to it. Get a contract. :)
