How we can trace image in Illustrator CS?

i want to trace my image and also in my job some time
i have to trace the logos of different companys.
any one knows nice illustrator tutorials website

If using CS2 just use the 'Live Trace' tool. you can change the settings as to how you want it traced. Once in Vector format you may need to move the handles to get the shape you want but it shouldnt take long.
