Maybe you will introduce some background story of this logo, what is a purpose, what you want to achieve? It could be great, however on the other hand depending on intentions it could be a crap ;)

Well. I think this looks like shit, and the bird isn't appropriate here. Too primitive. What's the message you're trying to get to your audience? Fuck human rights?
