First, if you're going to do the ad in English, you should learn proper grammar. Second, I "get" why you used a kid, but it's really "reaching." Third, I would reconcept this... it's just too vague.

WAY over the top using a picture of a child that doesn't even look over 3 months old. not to mention, it looks a little bit like a baby boy and child marriage is normally a problem they have with underage girls, not boys.
and as JimD said, the grammar is all wrong...
the line on the bottom is REALLY useless, if you have to tell them WHO it's for, then you're either advertising in the wrong place, or your completely missing your target audience. not to mention, if it's for the Indian people, then why not just make the ad in Indian and not English?!?
second, if you have to tell them WHAT it's for with a line like "To raise awareness against child marriage"(yes, i corrected the sentence) then it's lost ALL its effect. something like this should really be self-explanatory.
This ad is not intended for an English market, it is clearly not written by an English speaker, why don't you make an ad in your language (or at least the target's language)? This makes no sense to me.
Jeepers friggin' creepers.

hai i don't think this is good concept...
coz you are showing baby snap, hardly 3months...
Why is there a question mark? I would use a period to make it more of a definite remark. I would delete the bottom part about whom it is addressed to.
Why did you choose a picture of a child who is asleep? Why not one who is awake or shows some sort of emotion? Just wondering the concept.
