HELP !!!!!!!!!!

I just started this job mom and pop marketing firm. No records no organization at all everything is every where the drives have pices parts of past jobs on 5 different drives. I think I can get all the bits together. My issue is that I need some solid Job request fourms web, idenity and job jackets any onne have anyhing that they could spare so I could stop spinnning my brain around how to. FIX the mess In?

Any help would be great
