ID card Bahrain

This is a long due promise I made to post this one.
I wanted to go away from the typical money like ID card designs. My main objective was to make it user friendly.
We identified all the typical uses of the card. For example traffic policeman checking the card in bad light conditions. So, I put the photo on white background and grouped all traffic police related info in one group on the back on the left side. Or official checking the name in an office for two hundred people daily, so we made the name the biggest graphical element. There are many nationalities living in Bahrain, so I suggested to put a small flag besides the nationality printed element. The most important thing is the ID number used by many has been placed in the very middle. etc.
Visually I wanted it to be proudly red and white (Bahrain's colors) and royal, since it's a Kingdom.
Although, this project has already been finished. I'd like to hear your critical opinions for future reference.

grouping the traffic-related data on the card in a very clean and informative way is a brilliant idea!
i wish we would have something like this here home: no separate driving licence and id, all in one.
i love the background pattern too, but i noticed one thing a bit disturbing:
on the back, the blood type id looks a bit like the sign of female animals in biology...
maybe you used Os insted of 0s? beacause i think the blood tipe is 0 (zero) and only pronounced "ow" or "o"? but maybe i'm not right...

i checked out several sites, and you were right: it's really O insted of 0. Maybe because i always think things first in hungarian, or i just knew: "Type O - Neither protein is present" - and neither is zero to me.

Yes. It's O+ blood type.
Can someone please tell me what is a 'Block Number' on the Bahrain ID card ? and where it lies on the card. Apparently someone told me that it is a 4 digit number.
Thanks
It's in your address. It's usually 3 digits. It's like the postal code.
hy i van, its a good work
So you live in Bahrain? How did that come?
Anyway i like the card :) It's very clean.
For now. :)
That guy looks like my dad! A little younger though.
Ivan, I'm guessing you were working with some goverment agency here right?
I like the card, that 'Islamic' textile pattern is nice.
Yes. Very high level. The Sheikh is an extremely nice guy. Very good client as well. He actually listened to my opinion. It doesn't mean he always did what I say, but I could see that he was evaluating it and making his decision based on it. It felt like a breath of fresh air.
Great work! Looks great....!!!!
But if you wanted to be more original, you could have mixed the white and the red to come out somewhere in the middle with a nice pink! :P (jk jk)

The only thing that I would have done different is make the front photo a bit larger.
otherwise, good work!

I am Bahraini female, live in Bahrain, I didn't do that card yet. I would like to do it soon, as they will use it for every thing. It is cool to see whom created the design of it here :D
Are you living in Bahrain??
