IDCS2 Data Merge

I seem to have run into a problem involving Data merge on InDesign CS2 and was wondering if anyone else as experienced this. Data merge was working fine, and then it suddenly stopped arranging the data the way it should be. Instead it creates multiples of one. I have not changed the way I have been setting it up, and it was working perfectly before hand.

Any suggestions people? I wanted to email Adobe but their 'one-to-one' email is down, typical. Also I briefly checked the support docs, and this topic appears to not have been covered.
