There's still that annoying notch on the bottom. I don't recognize the negative shape as a B right off the bat. Did you read my comment in the last critique? Something about hierarchy?

Have you tried the 3D approach:

Sorry, but I have to go pretty critical on this one. I think the negative space is creating too many odd shapes. I see two different D's on top of each other and an "I" standing alone far tot he left. If that trademark stood alone, I would be even more confused on what it stood for. Creating negative space in logos is very hard. It needs to be subtle, not forced, and easily noticeable for the viewer.

A lot of "I Spy" going on. Everyone is seeing something different. It's not a good thing when you're playing the guessing game with a logo.
If it doesn't sell, it isn't creative.
The colors are cool but the symbol doesn't tell too much.
the fact that "plus" seems irregular don't atract me.
