It definitely captures the overall iTunes look and I like the playlist a lot. Is there an animation when you activate it? The only thing I would say is round off the corners. Unless you can stretch that from one end of the monitor to the other it looks a little awkward floating in space with such harsh corners. Overall, nice work
The corners feel sharp. The scroll bar needs more work too. Overall great work.

(but isn't foobar only for PC? did they bring out a OS X version?)
a suggestion for the corners... maybe your could have them rounded like the latest version of iTunes? i think it's only got a 3px bevel on the corners. it still looks sharp, but to awkward as a 90 degree angle may look.
