I know I'll be watching for these to be released. That video looks pretty real to me. The only thing that makes me a tad skeptical is the huge "iHome" logo on the top of the unit. Looks a little larger than Apple usually displays their logo.
If it does happen to be true, I'll be watching the Apple online store for them to become available so I can snap one up.

seems like they'd put in a card reader and ipod dock.... i'm skeptical
I believe it is fake.

I say fake. The thing looks too much like a cardboard box to me. The edges are too pointy, and in some pictures the look kinda mashed in.

I agree. It's a fake!
Why would it not have RCA, s-video, etc., jacks? Why would it have what appears to be a 1/8" headphone jack both front and rear (forgot to paint over it in PS?)? See pics. I also question the english spelling from the UK for a US product. Nice concept.

Actually, it would more likely be the rumored "headless" Mac that is due out this year. Small form factor, and no monitor. If this is a fake, the person who made this did a darn good job. Looks real to me.
Fake.
And it's not very well done IMNSHO.
This link gives all the evidence you need to figure out that it's a fake.
Chief among the "i" in iHome has a square dot, which is not the case in Myriad Pro, the current typeface of choice for Apple. The foam in the box is the wrong kind. The video out requires a dongle, like the iBook and Powerbook has, which probably means it's not the headless Mac, because why would it not have a regular video port. The handle on the box itself is on the wrong side. If someone were to carry the box by the handle, the packaging would be upside-down.
This one's pretty much busted, I reckon.
