Illustrator CS2 Help

Hello guyz,
i'm new here and also have to apologize about my bad english.
Well this is my problem.
I'm new with illustrator, have CS2 on PC.
I made some package design for one client. I made main background in photoshop and put some vectors and text in illustrator. On some text and vector objects i add shadow and outer glow effects.
I have to export design in Illustrator 8 eps because want to use it in corel.
When i export it in illustrator 8 eps format i have bored line around shadow effects and outer glow. When i try to resterize my shadow become invisible, also glow effects. Also if i export in eps i have same white border.
I hope i explain you good my problem.
Can somebody tell me what i have to do, and how to do it.

Those shadows/effects in Illustrator are proprietary to the program and the level of program you're using. Those effects disappear when you back save.

In order to be assured of keeping those effects, do them all in photoshop.
