Illustrator CS2 PC Crashing

I know this is a mostly Mac site, but I'm hoping someone will be able to help me. I am running Illustrator CS2 on a PC (not my choice), and when I select File/Open or File/Save the program freezes up. Hoping someone else has seen this. Thanks.

Have you tried Adobe's PC (not mac) user forum?

It possible make an error when you install AI, Reinstall can be fix thix error
