So i think there's a way to create a master for a document. I didn't found a easy way to do this... May be you have a possible answer for my question. :)

No master pages in illustrator since it's a single page document program. I'd suggest using InDesign to utilize it's master page feature; use illustrator for your vector graphics only.

same on me.. :) I've wrote a wrong thing.. i would ask how i create a Master in InDesign not in Illustrator. I'm so sorry but thx for your comment :)
Ps: I should go to bed if i'm tired ;)
It's pretty simple. Go to the pages menu(F12) and you'll see a 2 page spread at the top of the menu that says A-Master. Double click that and you'll be able to edit what goes on the master. Here's one handy bit of info for editing master items on a page a master page is applied to. Normally you won't be able to click the item to change or edit it. Just hold Shift+Apple(shift+alt on PC?) and click the item you want to edit and you will be able to manipulate it.
