How do you make a rain animation? is it a frame to frame thing, or a motion tween, I´m just curious.... and want to add some rain to homework for flash...

These are hard to find. I'm not sure if this is perfect for what you want, but I'm sure with some tweaking you can get it to look more like rain than snow.
