InDesign CS2 inBooklet SE issues

Hi

Still using CS2. (don't hate) I'm having a SERIOUS problem re-paginating for a saddle stitch booklet of 28 pages plus cover. When I run InBooklet SE (used it b4 without issue) SOME of my anchored objects become "unstuck" and so all my text gets screwed. Mostly down to the center of the booklet. In the instance of more than 3 anchored objects (with page wrap applied) they just get pulled OUT of the text box and placed "back" into the document in the same space, but. . . well its a mess.

Any help will be appreciated as my deadline looms.
