you'll have to give a little more info than this... what's the error message? what plugins do you have? does it tell you which plugin? which OS version? which version of InDesign?
Repair permissions and restart. Then answer gwells questions so we can better help you.

Did you just upgrade to Leopard and you're using CS3? That could be an issue right there.
But, like mentioned above, would like to have a little bit more info.
