Indesign : Print to PDF file information.

When i print my file to pdf, the pdf has a information about the file including: file name, date, page number, and date of creation. I have searched the menu bar to try and turn this off and can't seem to find it. The information is only available when i print the document. I have tried just about everything, any suggestions?

The easiest way to create a pdf from InDesign is to use 'File'>'Adobe PDF Presets'> and then the preset most suitable. (I generally stick with smallest file size for web and on-screen viewing and X-1a for print).

You'll then be taken to the 'Export Adobe PDF' screen where you can control your settings. The one you want to turn off is 'Marks and Bleeds' and make sure that nothing is checked (unless you are sending the document to print in which case you will likely need crop marks and bleed of some sort).

Hope this helps.
