InDesign Question

Just received an InDesign file from the artist. I cannot open this file and cannot get a hold of the artist.
Can an InDesign file be saved as .eps, .ai or.pdf?

yes, indesign files can be exported as EPS or PDF files. PDF may be better, since EPS files are single page. if you have a multi-page document, it will be multiple EPS files, but a PDF would contain all pages in one file.
If you've got a copy Acrobat Profesional you could drop the ID file into Distiller to convert it to PDF
What version did they use of Indesign and what version do you have?
