InDesign text frames

Normally in InDesign I'd create each column as a seperate text frame. The thing is, this time I've a lot of copy to deal with, and was wondering if there's a way where I can create a single text frame (in-around objects too) and set the columns to be created within the text frame?

Not sure if that was clear or not, let me know either way.

Yep, it's easy! Just create a text frame and hit command B to add columns to it. Depending on your information you might think about creating a table, but this is the best way to create columned text boxes.
