None of the content in my "windows" ie: swatches, paragraph styles and such are showing up. I have loaded them from a previous document as I always do, I have attempted to recreate then then get the warning "this already exists" -- what in the HELL?!?!?!?!?

Do they work fine outside of the previous document you're trying to make? If so try saving those settings, exporting ie. swatches and importing them into your new document without the other being open.

I did try to export them and it still isn't working. So if it's a driver problem, what does that mean and what can I do about it?
