Trainers need training too! Here I am.

My most recent head-banger is CS3's output delivery method. We are seeing an upsurge in gray elements/docs/ads outputting with color information on the CMY plates, as well. We have sone troubleshooting with export options, print drivers and color profiles.

My company has recently undergone 2 significant maneuvers; CS3 upgrade and Direct To Plate technology. OK, so the refining process when we use the DTP method makes all files pretty tight and true. However, our convoluted process may also include the introductions of Quark XPress 4 & 6.5, INDY CS2 and Rips to Neg. That said, INDY CS3 seems to prefer to kick out more process black than we were hoping.

In general, what have you users, trainers or educators seen by way of color interpretation woes in the INDY realm?
