Is Turbo Mask vaporware ?

I've tried a few masking softwares and I always go back to just using the trusty pen too and soft brush.

Try out Fluid Mask 3.0 Demo. It is not Turbo Mask foder, but it's results are Sic when it works.
I get sick of using soft brushes. I was just hoping Turbo would come out to test before I buy one or the other
