I don't have much to say other then I really like it, the type works really nice, the colors are great I think, but I think the bird looks kind of just placed in there, I don't know if you tried this, but maybe you can incorporate the bird instead of the s, it's kind of like the same shape.
I'd take care with the positioning of the bird--the orange bit of the "j" could be misconstrued as KaKa. Then you could delegated to designing for the loading and transport industry....

I wanted it to contrast with the simple type. It's not a simple illustration. Its the sort of illustration that might be more suited to a serif.
