Do you think this is a good logo?

No, because it tells me

No, because it tells me nothing about the business you're in. :)

Creative brief, please.

I have an electrical company. The name says it all don't you think. We install, renovate, repairs for residential and commercial.

Welcome to the zoo, Ms.

Welcome to the zoo, Ms. Davis.

I'm afraid that "Jet Electric" could mean many things. A company that designs electrical systems for jet aircraft comes to mind. Could also be a band. Could be so many things.

The design you've submitted for commentary seems to be some sort of blast in a pale yellow. It's so pale I can't make out what it is. Is it clip art? I think the typeface is a little clunky, but if you decide to use it, at least nudge the "T" in "JET" to the right a little so the kerning balances on both sides of the "H" -- this will also justify with "ELECTRIC."

I recommend that you hire a designer to help you with your design needs.

The name

Can really say many things-first thing I thought was vacuum! I would make the jet smaller and have electric stand out, including "RESIDENTIAL | COMMERCIAL" somewhere.

Logo?

How can anyone think this is an actual logo? Look at it closely; this projects has everything wrong. before even going into the actual symbol, etc, let's start by saying that the color is terrible, alignment proves no basic design knowledge whatsoever. No brief, no balance, no logo.

Back to drawing board

I'll say it again: 1. Start in black and white. 2. Separate your logotype from your icon to make sure both are solid.
