id worry more about getting that sorted out first. also consider if youre gonna get this stuff printed or if its gonna be viewed on a screen, if the former...get rid of the cheap effects...if its the ladder, try to make those effects a bit more subtle. WAYYY too much going on in the logos above.
I cannot stress this enough with logos - KISS! The more simple the logo is, the more profound it can be. Gradients and Bevels should be avoided in logos, it makes printing tough and messy, and when you shrink a logo down so small that it can fit on a ball-point pen, it's not going to look good at all.
Middle without shapes is my vote as well, but it still needs some work - perhaps less spacing?

My vote for the best at this point would be for the one in the middle minus the bizarre shapes above they type. [Keep it simple with just K.TV]
Everything else on the page lacks interest with uninspired type, ametaur looking blends and graphics.
