I may be interpreting this wrong but it feels like those shapes are tusks and poaching isn't looked upon very highly in the world so right off the bad I get a negative vibe from it.
The "Film and television awards" has awkward double spacing, I'd prefer to see single spacing with appropriate font sizing or tracking adjustments to close the gap you'd need. It will feel less awkward. The kerning on Alasha also needs just a bit of tweaking, nothing major.
The brief was specific about using elephant tusks as a symbol of our culture and strength... and a lot of other things that filled 15 powerpoint slides...
Therein lies the interpretation. First world perspective, when they're not attached to an animal I think of hunting.
I'm not sure if this is an absolute, but the block of text (subtitle included) feels like it needs to be moved up. (I think originally it lined up correctly, but then the subtitle was added, throwing off the horizontal symmetry.)
