KRL Logo

This is a logo is for a metal sculpture / fabricator. The circle with the 2 arrows is an element sign for metal.

They wouldn't happen to fabricate a double-edged pork sword would they?

You keep saying things are phallic, I wonder, what do you think of these? Would you mind if I ran them past you?

I think designers could study Freud and Jung theories.

The idea of using the element sign could be a good idea. Unfortunately this isn't one.

Keep brainstorming on it, you're on to something.

I don't think this is the way to go. People could interpert it as homosexuality.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

The logo doesn't say: SCULPTURE! and metal. Its rather flat and old, boring.
Its just an inside joke if you are in to element signs and sorry to say but it does look like a gaysymbol..
I also see a K and a R but where is the L? Is it the thing behind the K?
Rule nr. 19: Never strech out a font.

The sub text is a nice font, work with that one or use a more Metal looking font. (more 3D?)

Yes - I'm with Leaky on this, however I would add an asterisk... You could be onto something. Worth exploring, but don't be afraid to work on other ideas at the same time. Nobody knows what the element sign for metal is except you and your client - you would be doing him a disservice by pretending he's not the only one who "gets" it.

Besides that - it looks like a penis to me.

Edit:
PS: Thanks for the link, Leaky.

Big time phallic...@qwertyale Freud more so than his student.

Nothing in this logo says metal...the element symbol is not cutting it here.

What type of metal sculpture is it that's fabricated: a bronze cast of a Grecian God; or metal pipes fused together? Perhaps introduce the sculptor's style into the logo. Fluid or angular?
