Leopard and NAS storage (Need Advice)

I'm interesting in setting up some type of network attached storage on my wireless home network, and was looking to get some advice and see if anyone here had set up something similar.

It's going to be used mainly to stream music and media. My iTunes library is pretty big. Currently I keep it on a FireWire drive, but I want to move to to a NAS disk so that it can stream throughout the house.

I've been thinking of purchasing a LaCie disk, I used their FireWire drives and they've always been good to me.

Anyone out there, got a similar setup. Does the disk hold up well and stream properly, or does it tend to drop out? Any issues with Leopard, which in my opinion has a huge quality drop compared to the previous version of OS-X? Any good articles or tutorials on the subject?

Thanks in advance
