I feel this is an improvement over your previous version of this logo. The only thing that bothers me is the tiny little light bulb. I'm afraid the light bulb will just blend into a blurp if you scaled this logo, for example, to fit on a pen. Is there a simpler image you could use to represent light? Maybe it could b as simple as simplifying the details in the bulb and scaling it up some. Good Luck!
Why not have the S a single line and the lamp at the end of the top part of S? Maybe it won't look right, just a suggestion...
I tried to do that but that but it wasnt good

I agree the S should be one line since the other 2 letters are. I think you could lose the lightbulb altogether. The letters remind me of neon lamp letters; which speaks light to me without the bulb.
Agree with hawks...the lightbulb isn't necessary 'specially if you light those neon letters up.
Nice work.

This looks a lot cleaner and clearer - though I agree with the comments about the light-bulb, it will just blend in at small (or even letterhead or website) sizes. Some of the detail of it is even being lost here.
I think otwo things that are grating with me are the cross-bar of the A and the foot of the S.
The 'A' because the other two characters are in outline only (the counter of the 'P' is missing) so a triangle would be more fitting.
The foot of the 'S' as the vertical line where the base of the 'S' starts makes it feel like a serif - which feels out of place with the clean, sans, 'A' and 'P'
This is definitely going in the right direction though.
