Impressed that it only took you 15 minutes.
Overall, I'd simplify layout. The elements on the card don't seem to mesh. They seem separated...cut off...from one another.
Maybe try inverting the dark background with glowing lines, screen it back as a gray watermark instead.
Still retain the vertical bar at the right and the logo at its base, and then set the LIVEWIRE logo and contact info over top the watermarked area.

why are the names and numbers all tracked out? the letterspacing is huge and only makes it less readable.
no contact info other than phone numbers? not sure i'd trust a contractor who couldn't give me an address...
Or a contractor license number?
