You need to read What is a Logo post on this board. Enter that phrase in the Search field.
Until you get the basics down for logo creation you're not going to get out of the rut you're currently in.
1. Design in b/w first
2. Design logotype and icon separately. Right now you have a Masthead, not a logo.
3. Make sure your icon MEANS something. A bunch of stylized, rounded boxes does not a logo make.
My two cents.

Natobasso, thankyou 4 your words, you have all the reason, I am doing my own logo and I am doing with Corel Draw because I want to paint my car with a good logo, and I think that vectorial is better than others.
Now I am going to read more about logos and work better and slow.
Thank you x 1000

pd: if you or someone has more suggestions I am open to them.
Corel/vector art is perfect for a logo so don't change that process. The font is cool (didn't know you were doing this for car graphics!) but I'd focus on an overall approach first (letterhead, website, etc.) and then expand it to your car design. That way your final logo works in all media.

But you should stick to one fonts for it, IMO. As usual, follow Nato's advice on how to design a logo, it'll help you out greatly. The squares should represent something and in this case they just look "cool", with no real meaning. And for once, I think it's ok. Good start all in all, I can't wait to see where it goes.
IMO? don't understand. I have read Nato's advice and I think it is great. Also I think the squares can be used as background and theme on car design, stationery, cards, etc. Becausa have no real meaning as you say, I am working with some new ideas and logos, in a short time I will post some results.
