I think it emphasizes too much on the DISability rather than the ABILITY... if that makes sense? The person is also looking out and away. It just doesn't seem very positive and the font doesn't really go together.

Colors are very feminine. I would try to make it more neutral in color.
I would also suggest, cutting it down a little (less elements)....as previously mentioned.
