Ive been toying aroud with the idea of going freelance and wanted to create a brand identity for myself. I wantedsomthing that portrays me as a strong, solid creative. I fiddled around for a short while and came up with this. Just thought I'd get some initial opinions if you dont mind
thanks

I think you need to work on another way to convey the bolt idea across. I found this difficult to read, sorry man.
welcome to CB by the way :)

Decent Idea i just think everything is spaced out too far, make it tighter. Also everything seems a bit chunky, make it thiner. That should make it alot better. good luck.

"The higher you jump on the flagpole, the higher the bonus you receive."
I can read it, but the elements are falling apart. Need to make it tighter.
The "O" can work as a bolt, but it's a bit overused to turn letter "o" into an object.
Is bolt your family name?
Thanks Guys
This was raly thrown together and nothing is set in stone. Ill have a think about your viewpoints and see what materialises.
Appreciate it
Good start. I agree with some of the previous post ALA looseness issues. It probably looks better like this but you could also reverse the hex with the curves to give the letters more structure?
i'm not sure about the concept... check out www.plinko.com ... your 'o' is identical and the overall concept is very close... if you're choosing bolt as a name, i would go back to the drawing board...
I like it. Did you notice that the 'o' and the 'l' together are the Creativebits logo? :) It just melted a little bit :)
Yeah, I thought of the CB logo when I saw it too.
It does look like the Plinko logo a bit. the thing that bothers me about it are the 3 different baselines and 2 different ascender heights. Tighter would be better too. I agree. But it's good— that's just my critique.
He did that to make it fit like a puzzle. ;)
