what does the mark mean? why did you design it that way?
you need to give more information to get a valid critique. most of what you've posted has no background information. you can't expect a good critique in a vacuum.

It would be nice to know a bit about why you chose to make this your graphic. I think knowing your frame of mind would help to critique. It's hard with so little info on hand.

I like the simplicity. I don't like the fact that I can't tell what it is.
This logo definitely has something going for it, though it does need a little balancing.
The alignment of the type feels awkward as the 'H' of 'Human resources is flush with the edge of the 'T' above it. Pushing the 'Human Resources' a little to the right and shrinking the words a bit would fix this. (Optical margina alignment, basically).
The graphic is a strange one - and not necesarily 'strange' in a bad way as it definitely stands out. It feels like there could be a story behind the shapes, but I can't for the life of me work out what it is. Perhaps it is something that doesn't translate well?
