LOGO FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS

THIS IS A LOGO FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS. THE IDEA IS TO REPRESENT VERY CLASSY, MODERN AND EXCLUSIVE APARTMENTS. THE LOGO CAN BE MODIFIED TO FIT EACH BUILDING AS THE STREET NUMBER CHANGES FROM 92 TO ANY OTHER NUMBER. ILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR COMMENTS!!!

I like the linear split between the word and the number, the font selection for 92, but find "BALCONY" too tightly kerned and broken looking. I would keep a serif cap face and exaggerate the kerning to open up the wordmark. If these buildings are located in New York, you may also want to bold up the last two letters, NY, for a play on location.

I like it, but at the same time I kind of don't.

The broken "O" hiding behind the "C" and the broken "N" makes me think of unstable balconies that I wouldn't want to be standing on. It's like a lot of gaps that bring on some sort of vertigo with me when I look at the logo and think about standing on a flimsy balcony 92 floors up.

I think it has the kind of classiness you're looking for - it's a good font selection, but it doesn't make me feel like the "product" is safe.

That's just me, though.

Good start.
