i think the detail in the hand print is too fine. it won't recreate very well when it gets smaller. plus i think it's best to make sure you have a 1-color and 2-color version. right now you're designing in 4c with gradients in it. but how would it reproduce if it was 1c or 2c?
creations looks very awkward there. the c is too tight up against the descender of the p. and it's kerned/letterspaced out a bit too much. with the condensed font, the letters are just too far apart. i would also worry about how the word creations would print if you reduced the logo down to 1/2" or 1" wide. need to print it out on a laser printer in every size from 1/2" or less up to fitting on the whole page and take a look at it. even tile it out to fit on a few pages and put it up on the wall. because it needs to work at every size from signage to fitting in a footer on a printing quote.
It looks like a foot with an extra toe.
My advice yet once again: simplify. You have too much going on here. Try working in black and white, no gradients or gray scale. I agree with Gwells, this will not work at small sizes. You might want to start over.

My Portfolio
Too much going on. Simplify. Try to separate your logotype from your icon. They should be modular so they can be used both together and separately.
