The symmetry is nice. I'm not crazy about the colors. You can probably lose the horizontal line.

What colors should be there? What you suggest?

I don't really know the brand character, but these seem to be dull. Maybe a dark grey and a brighter blue? Or a dark purple with a blue.

Like the logo, agree with IVAN...also the top right of the "P" and the bottom left of the "D" needs some work on the illustrator paths...they should match how the outside of the "D" looks...(choppy now..)

Agree with above. Couple of options you could consider so that logo suggests national identity: (1) increase curve of central shapes to move closer to the crescent of Pakistan's flag and (2) consider using green instead of blue.

I think, if the black uper part of the P abit rotate and closer to the stand of P and
and change the color with green, as H.Griffiths said.
Good Luck!

You're really onto something - logos that play mind games are the most compelling imo. That said, I had to look hard to see the "PERD" acronym in the two letters - and usually if you have to tell someone it's there - it's not really there. If that was the main thrust of the design, it needs more work. Generally that is my feeling overall - that you have the genesis of a very good idea, but it needs some polish. You might take the color advice and use that to make the "e" and "r" more apparent upon first glance.
