Why isn't the cross-sign centered? And did you hand-draw it? Its lines aren't parallel at all.

You're right, it doesn't say anything about pc repairs or service yet.
I assume not all customers are familiar with the name "PCGP" yet, so it should be explained for them. Otherwise the buzzwords fast, safe, efficient don't mean anything.

In your logo, the only thing that transports meaning is the text and the red cross.
When they said they want the red-cross badge, they obviously wanted to convey the idea of "help". You should try to combine this with the idea of "computer" so it becomes something unique, not just the red-cross's red cross in a blue circle. You did just that and then, to link it with the company, put their name inside. But the logo should work on its own and transport its meaning when seperated from the logotype.

Hi Feliz. Thank you. I didn't hand draw it, but I did trace it from a red cross badge. It's probably the angle the photo was taken at that makes the lines off. I did a modification, using a cd. But it just seems so cliched. In the mod I just created rectangles in illustrator. So they have parallel lines, but there is some sort of optical illusion created that makes them look askew.
