LOGO SUITES

KrunkPony's picture

Hello fellow creatives.

I was wondering about professional logo suites. I'm planning on doing one at my studio job for a corporate high-profile rebranding we did, and I was wondering how you guys set yours up. What file formats sizes. And if you have discovered any ways/tools to speed up or automate this process. I was laying out my plans for this project and I came up with an architecture of roughly 1200 files for 5 logo color options in all the regular formats.

Any tips/suggestions would be welcomed...

That pic was just there for fun.

Here is a pic of my file architecture.

That pic is mad small but for every color combo there is:

• Small/Medium/Large
• 72_dpi/300_dpi/eps
• CMYK/RBG/HEX/PMS

and within that a few common file types. (i.e. jpg, png, tiff, etc.)

seems way overkill

EPS: CMYK, B&W, PMS
JPG: RGB, B&W / 72 small, 150 medium, 300 large
TIF: RGB, B&W / 72 small, 150 medium, 300 large
GIF or PNG: RGB, B&W / 72 small, 150 medium, 300 large

looks like 21 there to me. you could add CMYK TIF, which would make it 24. or do both PNG & GIF, making it 30 (with the CMYK TIFs)

not sure what you mean by hex. hex is just a different way to describe RGB, but it's still the same file format.

Thanks for the suggestions. There is not a lot about this subject on the web.
