Logo for a tech company
Chez A (89 pencils) | Thu, 2009-09-24 20:15I'd like to know what you guys have to say about these logo ideas. Basically, it's a logo redesign for a tech company (software development). The name of the company means web city in Finnish. We're aiming for a simple, less cluttered logo but still represents what the company is about.
The current logo is included in the attached file along with the proposed logos grouped in to two namely "iguana" and "hamster". Please tell me your choice with comments or suggestions as to how to improve it. You can refer to your choice with a number/letter combination.
Thanks!

3b for the iguana.
#3 for hamster.
Just watch whatever V you go with doesn't look more like a U...especially if you ever wish to use it as a stand-alone mark/insignia.

The hamster logos work. Good work!
Those hamster logos are working well, I like 3b on hamster the best right now
They're all exactly the same to me.
Thanks for the response guys. There's something worth mentioning though concerning these logos. These logo ideas were drafted by two different people. The font that was used for the "hamster" version "V" icon was a font called "Planet Kosmos" [http://www.dafont.com/planet-kosmos.font] and it's a free font for personal use only, hence the birth of the "iguanas", which were created from scratch.
I really like 3b, Nice Work.
