I'm not minding the top center one, but with a little less twist to the mark. Plus I'd recommend leaving the smaller line of text off when the logo needs to be reduced.
"Art -- the one achievement of Man which has made the long trip up from all fours seem well advised." - James Thurber
the only thing is the space in between is just too much..
im kinda inclined towards the right one..it has a sort of harmony..
the typeface is the fourth petal..
My suggestion would be a name change. It should be...
"Winds – Beanery & Coffeehouse"
Which gives you a perfect marketing campaign:
"Get the Winds"
I like the one on the far left with some edits:
1. Remove the small tagline - you can see it disappears at this small size and it's just distracting.
2. Put the word Winds to the right of the icon and see how that looks, being aware of sizing/balance between the two.
Then I think you have a really cool logo. With good marketing Winds will be synonymous with fine dining. :)

Dirt and Rust
hmm... maybe the right with:
same measure for yellow petal as others (seems rather big)
85% height for logotype
test some different text align / colors / sizes
I still think your first is better just need refinments
yes I'm brazilian xD
According to me there is no marriage between the typeface & graphics. If you separate them, it will become two different logo.
Wind can easily stand windy itself.
Thanks!

Ran across this logo and thought it might help...

What happend to my comment?
I think they ditched the critique and re-posted with the correct spelling!!
16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!
Rearrange the petals on Qwerty's version so "Winds" becomes a horizontal petal. Then it should work. Although I must say - I'm not nearly as psyched for this logo as everyone else seems to be. The colors are nice, but it really doesn't move me.
Sorry. As always... jmho.
I like where these are going, and the colors are nice, but idk, I feel that the shape is just so generic. Like the font is saying something more organic and free but the leaf/petal shape thing is saying "i was computer generated" Maybe if you played with the shapes to make them just slightly imperfect it would look more cohesive with the identity you're going for.
yes it bring us a déjà vu, but maybe still acceptable if translates a "variety of flavors" concept

Damn Qwerty - you're definitely the king of finding similar logos.
