First of all my eye is moved to all the color on the right (not the way I read. The tag line is way to small I have trouble reading it. The solids in the a's create a large break in the text and a distracting rythm.
Zzzzzzzz......

uh yeah... no. type feels very corporate. kind of like an airline maybe...
and the color part is too slight to notice - and will be dicey to reproduce in print..
excelent name to explore logo but the logo itself is horrible.
the text is tiny and shy
please take a cup of lemonade on sunny day at beach and look around to inspire something more brighty. =D
yes I'm brazilian xD
The name is awesome, but this logo needs to be pushed further. Study your color wheel maybe do a play on primary and secondary colors to achieve your logo. Also not a huge fan of the type. When I think of color, I think exciting, and some what natural looking in aesthetic. I think the type your currently have is a way too modern and techie looking. Go more towards a font that has a more classic modern appeal or even something done by hand, because color is something old not new. Hope that helps!
Given everything else already said. I agree with most of it. The most disturbing thing to me was all the fill in the letters. It felt like I was looking at a bunch of dots.
Have you though of doing a color blend within the letters, not individually, but as a whole image? Since a logo needs to work in b/w too. Then you could do a bw gradient.
What about prisims? Or eye?
Just a thought.

the filling in letters is not SO bad... I feel some snow or skate board brand vibration but there are so much of them that creates a not so comfortable visual repetition, I think it makes the logo heavy for our eyes because the name is big enough
yes I'm brazilian xD
That name is kooky - I LOVE it. The logo? Not so much. +1 on everything said above.
Total reboot and forget the multi-colored blend. Remember this logo has to reproduce in ONE color too. That is the challenge - how do you represent "mixing of colors" when you only have ONE color? Answer? You got me.
Good luck my friend. :)
