It doesn't say party to me. It says cheesy. I'd lose the outlines on the "Oceans Inc.: type and the phone number and lose the illustrator brush stroke border for starts.

Where's the party dude? the type you have used for 'Oceans Inc.' is like something a golf course would use, doesn't say FUN to me at all.
the phrase 'party bus services' whips all the fun out of the logo anyway, it's far to clinical. 'Party' and 'service' are conflicting also.
think of the possibilities rather than reach for the filters.
Ocean = movement, fluidity, freedom
Party = fun, wild, happiness
living on dreams and custard creams.
I really like the vintage look of it. It doesn't say party that much but I mean, I like the vintage look. If you're confident you can show the party look in the rest of the media, it should be fine. But that's my opinion.

Agree with monkey and jack. Jack's right about the vintage look which CAN be helpful in evoking the OCEAN part of the design. It has a kind of boardwalk feel to it. But like Monkey said - where's the party? This thing needs an injection of frivolity. Try some hand drawn confetti or party favors behind the white box or something - juice it up - we're going to a PARTY!
