I am looking for a php developer (or other development platforms) that knows his/her way around generated graphs . I am building a web application that lets users submit/edit data based on a selected location in order to track a locations and/or individuals performance. I am currently working with the client on functionality and concepts. The concept design and finished layout design will be taken care of and you will receive (most likely) all pages predesigned, but missing interactivity and functionality. Your input and expertise is more than welcome in order to simplify the end-user experience.
Once the concepts are done, I would like to transmit those concepts to you and request an estimate. I would also like to see some examples of your work including code.
I believe that is it for now, but if this seems something you have a knack for please reply to this thread or send me a message and I will send an RFP to you.

Yes, I just started looking and I'm collecting 'people', if you will. If all things go well I will be finalizing the concepts today and would like to request an RFP from you then. Would that be alright? Do you have any specifics I should adhere to in order to make estimation easier?
