Looking for something I thought I saw here

Some time ago (maybe a year or more) I believe I saw a tutorial on how to create an effect of an object being lit with a spotlight and casting an appropriate shadow. If I remember correctly, the tutorial used an academy award statuette (or something similar) as the subject of the illustration.

Anyway, I've been looking for it both by browsing and searching for a couple of hours today, and I can't seem to find it.

Was this on creativebits? If so, can somebody reply with a link?
