Looking for print shop
deskfolio.com (14 points) | Thu, 2008-06-12 23:39Ey everybody!
I am looking for an OnLine print shop that accepts PANTONE as a printing method. I am working for a foreign client that needs to print a few business cards. I've worked with a few other print shops like overnightprints, VistaPrint and Print48, but IMO those are "multitasking" printers that offer "quantity" rather than "quality", and all of them use the traditional CMYK printing system. Anyone? I would be more than happy if any can give me a hand :)
Thanks and saludos from Argentina! > Antonio.

If you want quality why not just go local and ship the cards to your client? That way you have control and can proof the final product before it prints.

Ey, many thanks to all who answered.
Natobasso, unfortunately I cannot print the cards by myself since the client want to use a print-shop in the USA... I guess I didn't make my point clear ;) I use to print things and ship them, but this particular client wanted to use a local printer from his country.
Anyway, I've found http://www.mmprint.com (in NY) which seems to be a nice print shop and they actually print in PANTONE colors.

I have found http://www.eliteflyers.com/ which seem to be a nice print shop and providing good services
you found yourself?
Perhaps they were so good he bought the company?
(...either that or so bad he doesn't want to be affiliated with them)
NY? Well, if I knew you had THAT kind of money to spend - I would have bought a press and run them myself.
