I really like it, the stained glass feeling links it with the church. It's light, elegant, and as querty said 'peaceful'.
The type works.
I could see this working for a museum as well.
If I had one comment to make, it would be that I'd lighten the 'lead' on the window by 25% or so, to make your star shine brighter.

At first look I liked, then I tought it´s too much informantion, but it´s not a traditional logo, for a traditional company. That´s fine, good job.
