I've acquired three invites to MacHeist. I can't tell you what it is, but it has something to do with a badly shaved monkey and My Dream App.

First three people to respond to this post get the invites, and don't worry...I've got more invites coming...

Btw you could also try signing up on the macheist page, but you have to wait then, and it's a queue...

So far I've managed to score a copy of NotePad, which is a nice widget. There’s also a game available for download, if anyone is interested (I'm not :P).

Well normally you'd have to pay for these apps. If you don't like them, well, that's life :P

Remember, there are 5 more weeks left, and every week they'll give away more apps. You don't have to play if you don't want to.

At the end of the 5 weeks yes they will try to sell you something, but there's no obligation to buy it, and you'll get lots of free apps in the process.

plus, you get lost of fun by doing those missions, at least for me it was interesting.

Also, the first gifts(assignment planner, some ichat add-on program and another that works like a calculator, but in a different way, all evaluated in $40) for a the completed mission were kinda nice, since I'm a student...

I assumed that we all got same stuff, but you seem to have blagged some other items, like games and notepads. Just a comment not a complaint... afterall it is free....

About the game and the notepad, click on the dynamite. The first message leads you to the game's download address. The second message you can decrypt using this tool (http://www.just-stuart.com/cgi-bin/ur13) that will give you the notepad's download URL.
